The biggest crisis that threatened the food supply is overproduction. As a result of this problem, prices remain low, food becomes worthless, and we waste a lot of food. Wouldn't it be great if we could use this overproduction to prevent food waste. With this in mind I created the concept "Catch before trash".
" Catch before trash" is a soup bar to go, which offers a new soup every season, made of overproduced products from a lokal farmer. Eat it before it gets waste as trash.
